  • How can I register?

    Choose a unique username and a secure password, and register using your email address - that's all we need! If you read and to our terms of use and data privacy policy, we'll send an activation link to your email. Once activated, enjoy free access to the platform!

  • Which sims are supported?

    We support Assetto Corsa Competizione and iRacing for PC. ACC includes all DLCs. At the moment, we cover all GT tracks included in the basic iRacing membership. More will come. Stay tuned!

  • How can I record data from different simulations?

    You can download and install different client apps depending on which simulation you want to use. All clients can be installed in parallel. However, we recommend to only run one at a time.

  • How can find sessions from either Assetto Corsa Competizione or iRacing?

    In the session overview tab of the dashboard you will find a selection menu 'Choose Sim' on the left-hand side. Simply use the arrows to browse through the sessions of the different sims.

  • Why do I need to install a Client-App on my PC?

    The Racing Hub is cloud-based, needing your racing data to provide valuable insights. Our client app records and uploads your sessions in the needed data format. To save bandwidth during online races, it buffers raw data on your local drive, uploading to the cloud only after your race ends. Available for PCs with Windows 11, it requires an updated supported sim, sufficient disk memory to buffer sessions, and internet access for data upload.

  • Can I get free access?

    Absolutely! Simply register on our website to snag our Free plan and enjoy a permanent free membership on the platform.

  • I just recorded a session. What next?

    When racing, the client app buffers all data on your local hard disk and uploads the sessions upon stopping the recording, also automatically cleaning up. You can view the upload list within the app. Once uploading is complete, your data is processed and added to the database - this may take a minute depending on session duration. Your session will then appear in our Dashboard for performance analysis and comparison with other sim racers.

  • How do the subscriptions work?

    You pick a subscription from our plans and pay either monthly or yearly, with yearly options costing less per month. All subscriptions auto-renew: monthly ones keep going each month, and yearly ones change to monthly when the year ends. You can switch to a higher tier or go from monthly to yearly anytime. Cancel anytime before your next renewal to stop auto-renewing.

  • How can I pay for The Racing Hub?

    Payments are processed via PayPal. Payment by credit card or debit card is also available there.

  • How does payment via PayPal work?

    You will need a PayPal account or a credit/debit card for payment. If you don't have an account yet, you can simply register at www.paypal.com. After clicking on the 'Subscribe & Pay' button, you will be redirected to PayPal. There you can choose between transferring money directly from your PayPal account or paying by credit/debit card.

  • How does payment by credit or debit card work?

    If you do not have a PayPal account, it is still possible to pay as a guest via PayPal using a credit or debit card. To do this, you will also be redirected to the PayPal page after completing the contract by clicking on the 'subscribe & pay' button. There you enter your e-mail address, your credit card or debit card details and other information necessary for the debit to run the payment process.

  • How may I cancel my membership?

    Cancel any time before your renewal date by going to the plans or add-ons page in the account manager and clicking 'cancel now.' You'll keep your subscription benefits until your expiry date. Just know, without the benefits, your product experience will change.

  • How can I redeem my Promo-Code?

    Go to the plans page in the account manager and enter the code in the text field. The subscription period (annual or monthly) and the new price will automatically adjust to the code. Click the 'subscribe and pay' button and proceed to the payment. In the case of 100% promo codes, payment is not due until the end of the promotional period.

  • How is Volume measured?

    We measure your usage based on driving time, not data size or lap number. This means the time you spend actually driving is what counts. Bonus: as you use our tool to improve, you might use less time to complete the same number of laps!

  • What is TurboBoost?

    TurboBoost is a monthly paid add-on that gives you extra time storage for your account volume, allowing you to store more driving data. It comes in different stages, which you can check out on the add-on page in the account manager. You can add or cancel TurboBoost anytime. Just make sure you have an active subscription (monthly or annual) to The Racing Hub.

  • My subscription is about to expire. What next?

    Even after expiry, you get free access to the platform and your data. However, special benefits from your subscription and add-ons, like extra time storage, end on the expiry date, and you can't upload new data. You can subscribe again anytime! If not, your account turns 'expired' and will be deleted after 6 months.

  • What happens when my account is deleted?

    Upon deletion, your account and all its data are erased immediately. None of your sessions will be visible or transferable, and payments are non-refundable. Be aware: if you re-register, you won't be able to access sessions from your previous account.

  • My storage is full. What next?

    Clear up some space by deleting sessions in the Session Overview Dashboard, perhaps starting with longer ones. Maybe also consider upgrading your subscription for more storage via the plans page in the account manager. Or check out the add-on page and give your plan a TurboBoost for additional time storage.

  • How can I tidy up my sessions?

    Head to the Session Overview Dashboard and filter to see only your sessions. Each entry has a three-dot menu where you can choose to delete that session. Be cautious: once deleted, sessions cannot be restored.

  • I cannot find my latest session.

    A few things might be happening: Your recent sessions may still be uploading and processing, which can take a few minutes, especially for longer races. You might also have run out of time storage in your account volume. Finally, your internet could be disconnected or you might be logged out from the client. Check the client status or peek in the account manager to troubleshoot further.
